SFC /ScanNow and DISM are safe to run on any machine, HDD or SSD makes no difference.

For basic junk file cleaning CCleaner is no less (or more) safe for SSDs than it is for HDDs. Registry cleaning should be avoided (as an unnecessary risk). With an SSD you should certainly avoid using CCleaner's 'wipe free space' options though. It writes 'zeros' to every free sector on the drive (only appropriate for use on an HDD).

Just out of interest I noticed on the latest CCleaner release one change was:-

"We have disabled the ‘Wipe Free Space’ feature while we investigate reports of erroneous data erasure"

Consider adding an external usb cooling assembly (one giant fan or twin fans). Both laptops each have one which is always on when laptop's on. While laptops do get quite warm from time time, since using cooling assemblies, none have gotten hot nor suddenly shutdown without warning.

I have ditched CCleaner for good. I only use Windows built-in tools. If you need to run an external cleaner program get System Ninja. It's pretty well programmed.
