SFC /ScanNow and DISM are safe to run on any machine, HDD or SSD makes no difference.
For basic junk file cleaning CCleaner is no less (or more) safe for SSDs than it is for HDDs. Registry cleaning should be avoided (as an unnecessary risk). With an SSD you should certainly avoid using CCleaner's 'wipe free space' options though. It writes 'zeros' to every free sector on the drive (only appropriate for use on an HDD).
