If you installed Macrium Reflect, then it would be one of the Program Tiles off the Start Button, you don't need to reinstall it again.
If you can't find the tile, use Search.

You don't actiually install ReflectDLHF.exe, you just run it, it then downloads the main installer which should have run and installed Macrium Reflect Free. You should have seen the screens I showed in post #6.
If it did its job properly (and you accepted all the defaults) then you should now have a Macrium Reflect icon on your Desktop, and a Macrium Reflect item in the Start menu. You can open Macrium Reflect from either of them.

Bree I don't know if I want to laugh or just kick the crap out of this PC. For two or three days Macrium would NOT go beyond the "do I want this software to make changes to the PC".
I went to the start menu and ran Macrium and it opened like I expected it to do for 3 days. Then ran it from the desktop icon and it opened as it should. Why it would not open 3 days who the hell knows.
Anyway it ran this morning and I hope it continues.
Thanks you guys much.
Your first task should be to create rescue media from the "other tasks" menu.
All you need is a USB flash drive of 1 GB size or larger and a few minutes of time.
Your second task should be to CONFIRM that you can then use that USB flash drive to boot your PC, as if the hard drive was dead. If you can't, the USB flash drive is useless and Macrium is much less useful.
I will do all that once I get some free software installed.
One more (for now) problem to solve. In the Power page I told Windows to never "sleep". That was few weeks ago. Windows goes to sleep anyway. Leave it alone for just a few minutes and it will go to sleeep.
How do I keep it from going to sleep?
Thanks in advance.
Sounds like it's just the display tuning off, as fabler2 suggests. See this tutorial....
Change Turn off Display after Time in Windows 10
Ok I went back into the Power Panel and made sure screen never turned off and it never went to sleep.
Hope that fixed the issue.
thanks guys.
Next issue is how to set a new home page in Edge?? BTW I went into Settings told it the new page would be Google. I have opened Edge several times and it still go the default page.
Again many thanks
