How can I move my icon inside a folder. I dont mean on desktop, but inside a folder on C: disk. Now it is impossible to move icon around, they all seem to be lined up alphabetical. For example sometimes I want to move i file.txt to bottom right in folder window, but now it stays around in top line.
I was working fine in windows 7, but nor in win 10

I'm guessing Microsoft disabled the ability to freely arrange icons the way you want inside folders. There may be 3rd party applications out there that could re-enable this option.

I have not tried this out, but I'm guessing this is what you want, assuming that this process works.
[Keep note: Before deleting those specific folders from the Registry Editor, you should definitely back up those folders first. If you don't know what all that is, then it is best if you do not modify the Registry.]
