Windows Freeze - Spooler Subsystem App?

    Hello,

Company provided a laptop to use. Works fine except for the occasional freezes that happens a few times a day, and about once every 2 days it freezes so hard I'd need to do a hard restart because even ctrl-alt-del wouldn't work.

The windows 10 reliability monitor always shows the culprit as the Spooler Subsystem App.

I've never experience such a consistent and hard freezes from a printer subsystem before lol... help?

Will installing printer drivers work? This is on a company vpn so it's connected to different printers of different makes at different locations... is that contributing to the problem? So do I have to install drivers for all the different printers?

    Windows 10 pro 1909
    Build 18363.1198

    From reliability monitor:

Delete that printer from your "Printers and devices". If you need it, reinstall the drivers again

There are also some more detailed instructions dated to even before 2010 about that..

    Print Spooler service crashing

In short: You can delete that printers from Registry, and restart spooler service. Both locations are in the Thread above

The DLL file seems to be different though

    My fault module is LMADTPLANG.DLL
    That thread's fault module is
    C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\ntdll.dll

    I follow the same instructions?

    Also, when he says "
Remove the print driver from there.", he mean to just remove the whole 'Microsoft enhanced Point and Print compatibility driver' registry, or remove the physical file based on the InfPath location?
