If you want clean installation, I advise you to delete drive C: after booting the PC from the USB device.
If drive C: has personal files, back them up first.
As per your screenshot, the 100-MB EFI partition, the Acer partition (drive C:), the 538-MB recovery partition, and the 1-GB recovery partition should be deleted to make way for the new installation of Windows 10 Pro. Also delete the MSR partition shown on the "Where do you want to install Windows?" screen. Create a new partition from the 146.49-GB unallocated space before the deletion.
In my example below, partitions 1, 2, 3, and 4 should be deleted, while partition 5, the data partition, can remain untouched.
