As the title said: You cant boot into the second Windows and as @NavyLCDR said, your EFI System partition is corruped and you were unsuccessful to repair using bcdboot. You'll need to reformat this partition and rebuild the BCD.
Do you have Macrium Rescue Disk ??? If not, install Macrium Reflect Free X64 and create one.
Boot up the Macrium rescue disk then follow the steps shown.
NOTE: I have done this with my current running Windows with Drive Letter C: and I:
Your case would be Letter C: and F:

    Attachment 324849

NOTE: ON this screen, the first command is missing (Went off the screen).
    DiskpartAttachment 324854

    Attachment 324851
    Attachment 324852
I ran all these instructions as per your post. I know I ran them correctly, as I printed them out just as you have them here. I got an error message at the reboot: Recovery: Your PC Needs To Be Repaired....The BCD file doesn't contain valid file information for an operating system.....File: \BCD Error Code: 0xc0000098
Just to make sure I made no mistakes, I ran the Macrium Rescue Disk again and yes, it is on UEFI. I have not been able to boot without this message for several hours and my computer just cycles to this message. I tried the USB boot drive I have along with the Recovery Environment to get it up. It has finally booted to where it was booting before, with no USB boot drive inserted, skipping the default boot, and going to the second partition.
I don't have faith that it will boot again, without multiple tries and I have no idea why it booted this time. So, I am once again at square one with a new error screen to deal with.

See post #38 for drive tests.

    These can be performed overnight.

Three days have passed without any results.

    Why not test the drives?

Sorry Zbook. This Seagate drive is only 6 months old. Not saying it isn't bad, but I replaced the one in this Acer Laptop with the Seagate. I'll give it a whirl.

Open file explorer> this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
    > if the file size is < 1.5 GB then > save to the downloads folder > zip > post a separate share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

HD Tune full error scan can be run at the same time.

And the memory dump can be uploaded.

    1) For HD Tune please post a new benchmark image (full box)

    2) Run HD Sentinel: (free or trial edition)
Hard Disk Sentinel - HDD health and temperature monitoring
Hard Disk Sentinel - HDD health and temperature monitoring
For each drive post images of these tabs into the thread:
    Overview tab
    Temperature
    SMART
    Disk performance

    3) Run Memtest86 version 9.0 (or newer version if available) for four passes.

Repeat the test so that eight passes are performed.

Plan to run the tests overnight.

Use a camera or smart phone camera to take pictures and post images into the thread.
In case there are any problems uploading images use share links (one drive, drop box, or google drive)

Memtest86 has a feature to produce a text report.
Please post this in addition to the images.
