Unable to play DVDs or video_ts folder video

    K-lite sounds the way to go, but that’s codecs, still need a player, pity because VLC has never let me down. Good news is the repair upgrade was a success. Will assign all file types to VLC and see what happens, if still a problem will go the K-Lite route, but does that have its own player ? Or simply uses other 3rd party players ? Thanks

    No, MPC-HC is the player that's already included in the pack.

    Ah now that makes sense �� just opened VLC to set the associations and I get a windows pop up saying it has to be done in
    settings > apps > default apps.....so that’s a change, haven’t seen that before, guess windows wants control

    use VLC for SyncPlay, hopefully I can set it to MPC-HC

    That's yet another problem that simply doesn't occur with K-Lite Codec Pack.
