    How to move file to a subdrectory


    I recently did a Windows 10 update and now Explorer has dropped the leftmost column which showed all directories and the ability to display subdirectories.

    Without the ability to show subdirectories, I do not know how you can move (drag) a file in one directory to the subdirectory of another directory.

    You just need to go Into Options for Explorer and enable that ability.

    Under VIEW check on Navigation Pane and make show it is selected.
