    Strange window keeps appearing which I cant remove without reboot

    Hi, can anyone tell me what this window is ? (Windows 10) Version 2004 Build 19041.867

    It keeps appearing then I can't remove it and it always stays on top.

    A reboot rectifies it.

    Hi, if you use e.g. Winspy (free)
    Download WinSpy++ 1.7

    You can drag the target over that window and discover the process etc.

    A Google image search for that shows uses by many organisations, but nothing readily identifiable to a particular program.

    Feel free to try that for yourself:

    You can also try a clean boot (Google or see tutorial if unsure how) and see if it occurs then.
    If not, you have a possible sequence of elimination to follow.

    Welcome to Ten Forums.

    Yes. It's from your Avira, as this thread found out by the time it got to post #10...

    thanks for the help everyone!
    this notification came from Avira, the notification disappeared only after i've closed Avira through Task Manager.

    Hi, thanks a lot for the advice.
    I downloaded WinSpy and it pointed me in the direction of Avira Antivirus.
    I started the App and fixed issues and the windows has gone.

    Cheers.
