I'm asking about where to download the leaked W11 ISO (link/source/instructions/etc) and how to install it. Haven't seen a post here on TF on addressing that .... maybe I just missed it. Or are we not allowed to discuss that other than via PM?

Personally, I'm going to wait for the MS legitimate release.
I agree @steve108. There are such things as ethics and legal implications that come into play. Downloads from nefarious sources may lead to system corruption, also.

Please use Feedback Hub to let Microsoft know about any W11 problems you find now if possible. That way I'm assured to get a better experience further down the line due do good folks like you who catch these bugs now
