I would not Download this and use it on anything. There is no telling what comes with it.
I installed from ISO an esteemed W10F member sent me. Installed first in a VMware player VM but same ISO wouldn't install in hardware (empty SSD) citing lack of TPM 2.0 which is false because MB has it, probably due to no driver for it.
Finally I installed Macrium Reflect, made a full disk backup and then restored it to empty SSD. After a short fight with BOOTing from it, it now works. Now I have it in the BOOT Menu and can run it with with two W10 and Mint.
Checked performance after installing proper drivers but it's lower on all tests than latest W10 and at par with W10 insider dev.
I got a copy of Windows 11 and I was able to install it. The issue with TPM 2.0 by replacing a file in the source folder of the ISO.
So far it's working just fine. I like the new GUI.
But that is not Windows 11. That is a leaked development version of something that has the label of Windows 11. It is almost certainly not the final version, probably not even the official preview as it has a timestamp of 30th May... that's almost a month prior to the announcement!
I'm also excited but at this point I cannot recommend that leaked build to anyone because that build is just too old to be significant. A lot can happen in 4 weeks especially because insiders did not have any real builds. I guess things will get up to speed soon.
However, let's be the first to install the official one on the 24![]()
I got my copy from a reliable source and I did double check what was in the file, version. Then I just installed it. Why not? Worst case I have to reinstall Windows 10 and my apps again. I've done it and I'm all set to do it.
Silly,. possible but I wanted to see it live. My plan is to roll back to 10 in a week and use the MS versions from then on.

I know Windows 10 has 4 more years of support. My point Is - are we going to have any new builds of windows 1o, beta, RP or dev channel? I think what we will get is cleaning of the pipelines and that is about it, except for some bug fixes. Nothing exciting or new for our analysis and providing feedback.
