I think windows 10 is dead—no more new builds. IMO, Windows is focused on windows 11 now, going forward!

    Just for information:

I have seen MANY posts on the Internet over the last couple of days which have said that the ISO download size is between 4.50 GB and 6.80 GB.

The ISO download size should be about 4,760,306 KB, so PLEASE apply CAUTION if you intend to download the ISO.

This is an ideal opportunity for people to obtain the leaked ISO and add whatever they like [ Malware, Viruses, Trojans, etc ] to it for others to download and therefore become infected.

I STRONGLY recommend that you run it in a VM prior to actual installation if that is what you are going to do. Although I would personally wait until the polished and genuine ISO becomes available on or after the 24-Jun-2021.

    I hope this helps.

I think it needs caution. Look at the other Windows 11 thread and this

"Windows 11 has leaked online - but we don't recommend looking for it"

"Microsoft is yet to announce Windows 11, with no official download ahead of the June 24 reveal event. The latest build making the rounds is a leaked, illegal version ahead of Microsoft's announcement.

We do not support or condone downloading any Windows 11 builds ahead of the official release, or any illegal or malicious use of Microsoft property. Downloading stolen assets is neither endorsed nor approved by Windows Central, with possible legal ramifications for those involved. That's without touching on the security implications of installing code from dubious sources.
But you don't have long to wait "

In other words - some downloads could be virus ridden versions.

    - in fact I'd go further than that and say ONLY install it in a VM.

Even ignoring the risk of malware, this is Dev Channel stuff, not for the faint hearted - and certainly not for your main (or only) machine.

I installed W11 in Hyper V and was underwhelmed since there re no obvious benefits over W10. Fortunately MS Money 2005 still works but I couldn't configure Open Shell to work with the mouse.

Think I'll stick with Windows 10 for a while. I've only just got used to the new Firefox look!

As I said in a previous post, I think most people will do this for the foreseeable future.
