Update. I have admin rights but I'm still prompted to enter the password I created for the original Administrator account.

Should I do a full reinstall of Win 10? It could be there is something wrong with the installation.

When you import the data from the old computer it also came with a "Owner" as the user from the old computer.
Reinstalling windows won't change anything.
If you still have the old computer, what was the user name (C:\users"name" )?
What are the the user name (C:\users"name" )? on the new one?
I booted up my old computer (to verify Owner) and had a similar issue with ownership. I down loaded a different version of shift right click take ownership and it worked on the old PC. Turns out it worked on the new one too. It takes quite a long time to parse through all the files.
