Drop-down choices under Move To & Copy To gone: only Choose Location

Two nearly identical 20H2 desktops, with basically identical settings and software, but on one, when I click Move To on the Home tab of the ribbon in File Explorer, a drop-down containing Quick Access folders and the old "Libraries" list appears with "Choose Location ..." at the bottom; on the other, the ONLY entry on the drop-down menu is "Choose Location ..." I would like to get the Quick Access folder locations back in the drop-down list. Anybody know how? TIA.

The Tutorial section has the how-to for making the Registry changes to add Copy To and Move To context menus in File Explorer. Making customizations in Windows can become problematic as the next twice-yearly Version Upgrades and maybe one of the monthly Build updates will take them out so be sure to save anything involved so they can be done again. I like the 'old' Win7 games so keep the necessary files available. I also keep the Tutorial pages for adjustments I like, thanks to @blink for providing them.

    Yeah, but ...

Thanks, friend, but that won't fix my broken controls in the Home tab. I used to use the context menu clicks in Win7, but I've gotten accustomed to using the Win10 ribbon now, and I just want it to go back to working correctly. I should see a drop-down list that contains all of the locations I've pinned to Quick Access, plus the usual set of Microsoft-favoured folders (Desktop, Downloads, Documents, Music, Pictures, Videos -- none of which I use, ever) and then the "Choose Location ..." item at the bottom of the list. In fact, I use the "Choose Location" option almost every time I copy or move files, so the fact that it's still there makes the two controls still useful to me, but I'd really like to find out how to tweak the drop-down back into its native state, or at least find out why it lost most of its content suddenly. Then, if I had only the "Choose Location" entry in the drop down, that would be my choice, not a mysterious Windows feature.

You can use this attached batch script to add Copy To and Move To in the context menu.

Berton pointed me to the tutorials section, and you've reminded me that it's easy to add a context menu item for each of these functions, but I neither want nor need a context menu item when Win10's File Explorer ribbon already has what I need on the Home tab. I just want to find out why the two controls work in the default manner on one computer, but work differently on the other. I'd really like to "put 'em back the way they was." I use and depend on the ribbon much more than the right-click context menus, now that I've become comfortable with Win10, and stopped longing for Win7. Thanks for taking the time to respond, though.

    Dan,

Did you move or do anything else to your user profile folder or personal folders (ex: Music, Documents, etc...) before this happened?

Yes, I deleted the 3D Objects folder, so I now have 6 folders showing at the top of This PC window, instead of 7. I hide the folders with the caret always, so that when I open This PC, I see only "Folders (6)" above Devices and Drives. Any help?

That wouldn't have caused them to disappear under "Copy To" and "Move To".
