Why is there a google script running when I log into Windows? Aside from the fact that it's broken. Can anyone shed a light on it? There is nothing in my startup, and the Google update services are disabled. I don't use Chrome, and use mostly Firefox, and on occasion Vivaldi.

It looks like something that piggybacked on some software you installed.
Here are the first steps, more steps may be needed, after I see the result of these logs.
Step 1: Run AdwCleaner
Download AdwCleaner 8.1.0
Download AdwCleaner
Downloads - AdwCleaner - ToolsLib

Close all open programs and internet browsers.
Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.
Click Scan Now
Click on Quarantine for all it finds.
Reboot.

Step 2: Run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware ( MBAM ) Use Threat Scan. Make sure Rootkit scan is on.

After a restart ( if required ) Copy & Paste the contents of the scan into your reply.
If too large, upload to a site of your choosing.

Thanks for the detailed directions. I use Malwarebytes regularly before every mirror backup. Did a scan with both recommended softwares, and everything was clean.
I found the problem. The script error was from a failed uninstall of GoogleBackupAndSync. Using CCleaner's registry cleaner, it found several related obsolete keys immediately. After cleaning, the error was gone.

But, it doesn't work. Or maybe I was wrong to do that? I don't know, that's why I'm asking to you because this thing is quiet annoying for me. It shows up every single time I boot up my laptop.

The problem came back later. Tracked it down to a file named "experience.exe" that was included in C:\Program Files\Minitools .... folder. When clicked, it generated the script error. This file may be packaged in other apps. I deleted the file from the folder and the error disappeared.
AdeGiyan, if you don't have Minitools installed, upload these logs.
Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it onto your Desktop. If your default download location is not your Desktop, drag it out of it's location onto the Desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.
Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
Press Scan button.
It will make a log (FRST.txt) on the Desktop.
The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt) on the Desktop.
The logs are large, upload them using this. No time delays/Captcha-I'm not a Robot/account/registration needed. Give us the links please.

That looks like an Internet Explorer error pop-up for a script issue. Good chance of malware!

I just had that script error dialog this morning. I found the experience.exe file as you indicated. It seems to have been installed with my MiniTool Partition Wizard v11.5 [I updated to v12 ages ago but the file date matches v11.5's installation date]. This script error had never appeared before so I'm going to keep my eye on things.

I think I have fixed that error because there's no more script error when my laptop boots up.
Because I have minitools partition wizard installed before, and there was an update notification everytime my laptop turned on. But since the script error shows up, the update notification from minitool doesn't show up anymore. So I think there's a problem with minitool's update notification window and it turned into a script error window. I have uinstalled Minitool partition wizard because the last time I use it was 3 or 5 months ago which means I don't use it so often and also it creates this error scrip window.
