Random restarts on release 20H2

I recently installed 20H2 over win7 on my Dell e5440. After a shutdown, windows randomly restarts. Doesn't happen every time and never (so far) more than once in a row. Not a huge problem but mildly annoying - something I would fix if it's not too involved or I could just wait for a windows update.

Sorry, didn't notice how many people have already spoken to this. I'll close this and do some research.

See if turning off Windows fast start up makes a difference:

No, disabling fast startup didn't help - when I shut down after disabling, the computer restarted immediately...

I did see this proposed solution as I researched but had not tried it until now.

It randomly restarts after a boot, under windows, (heavy or light duty)?

I don't know what you mean by more detail - I shut down the machine, close the lid and within a few seconds it restarts by itself. Many users have reported this with no fix that I have been able to find.

With due respect to all who have replied, I think I will just live with this odd behavior for now. It does not happen every time I shut down and I expect Microsoft will fix it eventually.
