    You should stick around here and learn more stuffs. Do you know how to do an image backup? It's important to have a backup if you are afraid to lose your music (although you can back them up easily on external drives).

    Image backup ?? Ha, are you mad? I do know how to back up on a memory stick though but like most people don't do it as often as I should. That is my next job, promise

    If your Windows OS runs into problems, you can just restore the image backup like nothing happened.

    Check out this great tutorial prepared Kari using Macrium (Free Version). The actual imaging tutorial in on Part 5 I think.

    Glad to see all worked out. VLC is a fantastic tool. I use it for all my video and DVD watching because it can play anything, any format, always keeps up with codecs. For music, I have used MediaMonkey for many years, though. Easy to edit and organize collection and display album art while playing. Again, good to see a newbie willing to apply a little effort to learn new things. Cheers.
