Have you been following this thread jmatt? My hot keys do not function. Anything I do on that PC is being done in the cmd. prompt accessed via the ISO USB. You got a link for that?

Was there a space between the back and forward slashes?
Please rerun making sure that there is a space.
DISM /image:M:\ /cleanup-image /revertpendingactions
(change M: to D:)

Must not have been a space... it ran this time working through the DISM ************** /restorehealth now....
I'll run the sfc /scannow********** next.
I updated spec's as best I could.
Been trying the Dell f12 hotkey every time I restart... so far no go.
Please post results for each of the three commands:
revertpendingactions
restorehealth
scannow
It's still working through the DISM ************** /restorehealth...
Slowly churning along... it/ check that was just about to say it got to 50% a lot quicker than it's going past it but after 20min from 50--> 54.3% it bounced to 100%
The operation as well as the revertpendingactions both completed successfully.
Going to run the scannow now...

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.
Should I try the bootrec / rebuildbcd again or maybe this...
diskpart
sel disk 0
list par
select par 2
del par override
create par efi
format quick fs=fat32
assign letter=W
exit
bcdboot D:\Windows /s W: /f UEFI
