A single blank icon keeps flashing in my taskbar

So, the title pretty much sums up what is going on. There's this single blank icon that keeps flashing in my taskbar.

It's a new PC (Windows 10 Version 2004), and in the first days this wasn't happening, so maybe it was after I installed something, but I'm not sure what exactly.

When I boot up the PC it takes a while for the problem to start (sometimes it doesn't), and it's seemingly random (haven't associated it with starting any program). But once it starts it doesn't stop.

I've tried checking task manager to see if there's anything weird but everything seems normal.

Here's a video of it (it isn't mine but it's the same problem): A blank icon keeps flashing in taskbar windows 10 issue - YouTube

Also, when I'm watching a video on fullscreen the entire flashbar flashes because of this icon, it can get pretty annoying.

Anyone know how to fix it? Thanks.

I didn't really follow his "solutions" because they don't seem to work.

I asked one of the guys in the comments and he said it was the Antivirus Avira trying to run and closing by itself. Problem is, I don't have Avira (or any other 3rd party antivirus) on my PC, so I suspect it is some other program that is trying to run but closes itself.

But I still can't find anything in task manager.

Can you right click on it? If so what comes up?

I can't, right clicking it is the same as right clicking any blank part of the taskbar.

So, I just killed a process called "cm-blackhawk.exe" which is apparently from some CoolerMaster Driver, and the flashing stopped by now. I'll keep monitoring to check if it was a fix or just a coincidence.

In case it returns I'll try the clean boot. Thanks for the help.
