    'Needs to connect' message.

    Windows 10...MS Edge.
Need help for a family relation.......we can't visit at the moment!
She gets a full screen message....similar:-

"Needs to connect to a few more services.
    Sign in quality.
    Keeps your files more secure.
    etc
    etc
    etc
    Do it later........Correct now"

I don't know what is producing this notification as she insists there is no indication on the page.

Can someone identify this for me please?

These should be a slide button Yes/No option and if you answer "No" (slide off), Microsoft will throw them back in your face every major update or other.

Tell them to choose Correct Now. If you choose Later, it will keep coming up.
If the person can get into Windows and is online, you can have them install Teamviewer and, with their permission, you can take over their computer and see what the program is and do it for them.

    So it's an MS/Windows notification?
Have never seen it before and wasn't at all clear.

If you ever decide to look into TeamViewer this might be worth reading . . .

    About TeamViewer:

    Remote Access & Support:

Control, manage, monitor, and repair computers, mobile devices, network machines and more – from anywhere, at ANY time.

Website > Welcome to the TeamViewer Family!

    I hope this helps.
