Hi. I always add Move To and Copy To to to the Right Click Context Menu. Find it to be much easier than Drag and Drop. The following link shows how to do it manually via the registry or by downloading the Move To/Copy To registry hack.

This way it doesn't matter if you have Quick access enabled or not.

Note that this gives two methods of removing Quick Access.
