New Cumulative Update has Broken Copy Function?

Has anyone noticed that since the last cumulative update (last week) that the copy function is not working quite as well as it should? I'm having trouble copying folders from one drive to another, especially when multiple folders are selected. The copy will also stop dead about 2/3 of the way, and sit there for a half hour or so before picking up again.

This seems to have started after the CU was applied. I am using 20H2. Thoughts?

I have not seen anything like that myself and I tend to move around a few terabytes every day.

I also have not seen any reports of such issues.

    Thanks.

Further searching has revealed that only I am experiencing this little problem, and I now know why. It's a failed hard drive. My spinner has given up the ghost. I'm trying to salvage what I can and moving it all to an SSD.

    I'm marking this as solved.

Sorry to hear about the HD issues. Do you have backups? If not, I hope you manage to get all the important data before it fails fully!

    Thanks.

I was able to save everything except for about 45 GB of music. It's OK though, I ca re-rip it.

There was a Preview last week, but I didn`t see any CU.

Remove the update giving you trouble.
