Hello @Vincenzo,

It seems like it is trying to go to sleep because it goes to a black screen for about 10 seconds, then goes to the lock screen. (If on the other hand I click the Username/Lock it goes immediately to the lock screen, so I think it is trying to sleep and unable to.) I've tried disabling Hybrid Sleep, updated drivers, Ran powercfg -requests (showed None). Any ideas? Thanks

Run the following commands to see if anything stands out. Copy ALL the below into a Command Prompt and press Enter . . .

powercfg -DeviceQuery Wake_Programmable
PowerShell.exe powercfg -GetActiveScheme
powercfg -LastWake
powercfg -Requests
powercfg /RequestsOverride

  • When the above has finished processing . . .

[1] Right-click on the title bar of the Administrator: Command Prompt Window > Edit > Select All.
[2] Right-click on the title bar of the Administrator: Command Prompt Window again > Edit > Copy.
