I actually don't have any issues with VMware itself. Everything works fine. Thanks for trying, though.

Ok, do you have Hyper-V disabled? apparently it has to be disabled in order for things to work properly. After build 1803 a feature update in windows causes issues.

Yes, but I don't see what that has to do with my issue. The issue that I'm having happens regardless if Windows is virtualized or installed on actual hardware. I'm using the VM as a test environment to try out potential solutions.

Try renaming Microsoft account? Or new? Enable two factor? Disable telemetry wide before logging in. Some weirdly trying to hijack sync into u off win server. Maybe ur account is not synchronized to official server Is using dynamic links to disable ur folder option

Thing is, my MS Account is not even a month old (created on February 7th), so I doubt that has anything to do with it. I'm tempted to say that the whole "Microsoft Account integration with Windows 10" thing is half-assed/poorly implemented, which honestly wouldn't surprise me because Windows 10 is FULL of bugs & half-assed features ("Dark" mode, Start menu breaks after installing GPU drivers, Settings/Control Panel, inconsistent design, Search bar on Taskbar flickers...).

Sorry if it wasnt a idea that helps, I was researching your issue and there are many links saying that VMware wont work if Hyper-V is enabled in the later versions of windows 10..the only reason I asked.
Try Upgrading your windows version with this latest 21H1 edition..

Pci lock try if not laptop or have hci disabled if interface is not connected with pci too much usually just cqrds are if that don't boot just do bcdedit /deletevalue {default} (optionnamethat has word pci in it) or just safe boot from recovery environment. Should boot anyway. It takes long to debug so. Sometimes sys boots with pci lock rarely not. Upgrade to latest windows. Firmware comes quite debugged really new pcs till you go online or have spammed networks near offline

Alright, so I created a new MS Account, signed-in to it on my host machine & the issue is still there (made a Restore Point as a way to go back before the issue occurred).
