Task Manager shortcut keys are not working

My Task Manager shortcut (Left Ctrl)+Shift+Esc keys worked for a while and it stopped working for some time. Now I have to use the (Right Ctrl)+Shift+Esc keys for it to work.

How do I change this back to its original default shortcut keys?

When you select Left Ctrl you are also selecting Right Ctrl when things are working right. That said, I would determine if your Left Ctrl is even working.
I would suggest using the Onscreen keyboard for testing by typing OSK(on screen keyboard) in Windows Start Search Box. When you select Left Ctrl on your actual keyboard, does the Left Ctrl key light up on the OSK ?

It works fine with my On-Screen Keyboard but on my physical keyboard it does not work. The physical keyboard is only allowing the Right Ctrl+Shift+Esc keys to open up Task Manager Left Ctrl does not work.

Unless I modified it somewhere via Windows 10 settings or software application which there is no way for me to retrace my steps.

Just to make sure from what I was attempting for you to try.....when you selected Left Ctrl on your Physical keyboard, did the Left Ctrl illuminate on the On-Screen Keyboard ?

It does illuminate. I've also looked up how to reset keyboard shortcuts but I am unsure of what steps to take.
