Windows Blue Notice (Randomly) on Startup

Hello,On starting my computer, randomly this (attached screenshot) display opens. I always dismiss it by clicking on the lower left button.1. What is it ?2. How to get rid of it so it will not come again ?Answers will be appreciated.Thanks.MotimSystem - window 10 pro, 1909 x64, winver 18363.1377

1. Cannot do nothing in the "Notification and Actions screen" , the option mentioned in the tutorial is missing, please see attached screenshot.
2. Option to make modifications in the registry also missing, please see attached screenshot from the registry, the place as mentioned in the tutorial.

No, it's not due to 'tweaking'. Motim has version 1909 and that setting in Notifications & actions came in with 2004, the tutorial is for the current version.


For the registry screenshot, Motim is looking in the wrong place. HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\, not HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion as shown in the tutorial. But that key may not exist yet, I don't have it on my 20H2 or 1909 machines. The .reg files in the tutorial will create the key if it does not already exist.

With all the respect, I looked in the right place in the registry, please see attached screenshot #2.
I'll try to use the downloaded reg file from the tutorial, as said on your answer..

I was looking at your first registry screenshot. But as I said, the key doesn't exist by default. Let's hope it works as expected in 1909....

Made the 'modification' in the registry by applying the .reg file downloaded from one of the tutorials mentioned above.
(It made the new entry).
Since this "Blue notice" comes randomly, if it will not show in next about two weeks, I can say 'problem solved'.
By the way, this 'tweak' is good after I upgrade to version 2004 ?

It should be, but in 2004 you will also have the setting in Notifications & actions that's shown in the tutorial.
