    Well, almost 3 weeks passed and this "Blue Notice..." did not show, so I am saying Problem Solved.

    For your info:
    Recently I posted that problem solved. Well, after the upgrade to 2004 version, it happened again !
    As on the answers above, made the changes in setting, and also in the registry (both available now).
    Now I have to wait and see if this blue notice comes (randomly) again.
