Open Regedit. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Diagnostics\DiagTrack. Look for the key DeviceDeleteRequest, it should contain a value named LastRequestTime. Right-click on LastRequestTime and select 'delete'.
