computer screen turns black after it shows preparing automatic repair

Hi so basically I’ve been trying to fix my computer because it kept showing a blue screen and since then it has been acting weird and now it doesn’t even let me see anything after I shut it down open it up again it only shows the ASUS logo and after that it says preparing automatic repair. I’ve tried the thing where you shut it down three times which didn’t work and I have no other options. Could anyone help me please? I have a windows 10

How long did you leave the "Preparing automatic repair" screen on for? Some times these steps can take some time to carry out and it may need leaving on overnight to complete.

No output to screen then? Sounds serious so I would take it to a computer repair company/shop.
