Power Settings - No Automatic Shutoff

Have the settings at 5 for screen off and 10 or 30 for power off.
Automatic screen shuts off is okay. Power does not go off automatically.
The computer will go into sleep state using the keyboard key.
I ried the Windows trouble shooting tool for a fix but it did not find any problem.
Cold rebooted a couple of times, but that did not help.

Overwhelmed with the hits, variations of this issue, and tangles for a possible fix in searching the web for a solution.

Does anybody have a fix for me?
How on earth did this happen?

We don't know if you are on a pc (factory or home built) or laptop (make and model) . Please provide your system specs.
I noticed you have 236 posts and still have neither shown

I have tried to do this several times in past. I could never get it work.
I tried again and it stalled out again.
f you like, you can use the standalone SystemInfo.exe file in the downloadable ZIP below to make it easy to copy and paste your system specs.
I downloaded the file and ended up here but can go no further, as before.

    Again. Restating.

How to I upload my system specs file data into this forum?
See the above screen shot for my stall point.
I am assuming, perhaps wrongly, that they can all be uploaded in one run?
I do what get this done, but I do not have the time or ability to pluck them off one by one.
    Let me know please.

I am still hoping for a response to my immediate question.
