    Here's how I tell time.

Speaking of kids these days... LOL! They don't even know what it's like to use a payphone and call collect! I did that while I was at the park pool with my sister and brother. I'd go to the payphone and call the house collect telling my mom to pick my butt up. You could also call the operator by pressing 0 and asking for the time. Before the 9-11 emergency number was fully instituted, some areas of the country used the operator. And phone books or having to use a map? Forgetaboutit. Kids... LOL

Maybe 40 years ago most people used analog clocks. Digital clocks were a novelty. Now it's just the opposite.

The OP asked about a desktop option for an analog clock. In my last post that is what I suggested. I use the clock from Windows 7 gadgets. You can get a version of gadgets that the works in Windows 10 & 11. I use an analog clock on all my computers with Windows 10 & 11. I even have an analog clock on the home page of my Android phone. I find it easier to see the approximate time on an analog clock.

I know what you think about. Contemporary TV-s, FI, are designed by AI and the most common way to repair them is taking something away from them by disordering or just breaking away. Sometimes capacitor, sometimes mosfet, sometimes some lines in ribbon, sometimes resistors, most likely back bezel as they go too hot Summer… yes Win 10 and 11 is repaired/designed taking away some functionality and adding more spyware for sale.

T-Clock works. (Not to be confused with Stoic Joker's T-Clock which is another software).

    Screenshot from my work machine:

    Download:
GitHub - MantisMountainMobile/TClock-Win10: TClock with graph and other functions for Windows10(AU or later) & Windows11

Note: There's a lot of ways to configure it so you'll need to edit preferences and settings file.
