Laptop not booting after bios update

I did a bios update this morning and since then
When I push power My laptop doesn’t boot to the first screen and just powers on and off in a loop.

Removed the battery power plug and opened up my laptop and removed the cmos battery, waited a few minutes, put everything back and same thing, laptop won’t boot to the first screen.

Do you have a rescue disk you can boot from?
You may be able restore from that.
Or be able to apply the bios update or an earlier one from there.

When I push power the screen stays black like I didn’t turn it on, I see the power light when I push power then it cycles in a loop of shutting off and on off and on. I have no boot options nor a screen showing it’s on... I’ve tried pushing F12, or escapee or F2...
    it’s a dell latitude 3330.

Have you tried unplugging the harddrive and booting? should get OS not found.
pulling the memory and reseating them?

Yup. Took out the ram and hard drive push power it’s a black screen and the laptop just keeps going on and off

Try it on just battery, then just on ac (without the battery).

Pretty much that's the limit of my ideas. Other then taking it to a computershop
to check out the power system, I wouldn't mention the bios update to them.
They will say your bricked it and probably do nothing.

I don’t understand how I can brick my machine, the bios comes from dells website and it said it completed successfully then bang it doesn’t start anymore...

It sounds like a hardware fault suspect like the power.

There is always a possibility that a BIOS update can go wrong, even if you do everything correctly.

The only additional thing I can suggest is clearing the CMOS. That requires removing the CMOS backup battery from the laptop. Unfortunately, that will require opening the case. (I don't think it's accessible under the cover with the RAM and HD.)

It's a regular 2032 lithium cell, but in black plastic, and attached to the motherboard with a 2 wire cable with a small connector plug.

I'm not optimistic that will help, but it may.

    Best of luck.
I’ve tried that and no luck

Have you tried the BIOS recovery methods from the link in post 11 of your other thread?

I'd be more optimistic if the 3330 was on the list of supported models.

I see you replied to my deleted post before I got rid of it. Not surprised that it didn't help.
