    No. This is on two HP, one ASUS and an older Toshiba laptops.

    Get the manufacturer's logo and spinning dots then goes to the multi boot screen.

    Here's how to enable it in desktop editions of Windows 10. You must be running Windows 10 build 19587 or greater.

    Winaero has an app that will do this but it will only work on Builds 19587 and above. I would not fool around with editing your BIOS for this foolish thing.
