It is their work computer running windows 10 .

They cant get the windows version number at this point now , sorry about that .

[1] Should they be trying to change system related stuff on the computer?
[2] Have they not got an IT department?
[3] Are there any USB or other drives plugged in?
[4] Is it aWorkstation[ dummy terminal ]?
It dose look like the system is in some sort of shop. It's an OptiPlex 780, "I have two of those" And it dose say Drive 0 has errors. So maybe chkdsk /r /f is called for.
I am going to sent them that link to do a repair installation from a USB .

This is a paint showroom in a middle east country
This machine is connected to a paint mixer machine with a paint mixer software .

If i do a clean installation of windows 10 from usb , will i be able to keep the old windows files in the pc ?
