    Please clarify the situation.
    Does the bios complete the POST?
    If so,then at what stage does Win 10 hang,if at all?
    Did you use another computer with the Media Creation tool,to make a recovery drive,as requested in Post 5?
    If not,why not?
    Help/suggestions are based on information provided.A lack thereof,gives similar results.
