    Please provide more details.

    If this is in a library, then all folders included in a library share the same folder view. One change in one folder will affect all folders in the library. Are these folders this happening in?

    In addition, folder views are not remembered for removable locations. For example, USB flash drive.

    Actually my problem is the desktop icons, I read the #461 post and I found out it is my monitor but what if my cable connection is already in HDMI? The only fix would be to don't turn off your monitor using the power button?
    I have another problem that is the default apps aren't saving, is this related?
