Hi,
With all other drives detached, Windows 7 booted up fine.

With all the other drives detached, Windows 7 booted up fine.
So,
1. Download the Kyhi's Modified Recovery Media & Prepare the Pen drive UEFI Boot Media with Rufus
2. Detach all the other disks except Disk 1 ( Windows 10 ).
3. Boot into the Recovery Media ( Small OS ) as in point 1.
4. NEED TO BE VERY CAREFUL FROM HERE! I HAVE SEEN GOOD PEOPLE LOSING IMPORTANT PARTITIONS. PROCEED ONLY IF YOU ARE SURE. CHECK FOR ANY ERRORS WHEREVER, NOTE DOWN, STOP THERE & REPORT
( i ) From that boot media > launch DiskGenius > move / resize H: partition from left side to make 260 MB Unallocated space to the left of it. ( May Be That The Partition Letter For Windows 10 H: Partition, Differs From This Boot Media. Be Careful! )
( ii ) Then Right click on the unallocated space we have made just now & Choose To Make EFI Partition from the context menu on it.
( iii ) Once its done. Make sure that the EFI Partition is assigned the letter S:. If not do it yourself.
( iv ) When all applied & done, close the DiskGenius.
( v ) Again launch DiskGenius. Make Sure & Note down the letter S: is assigned to EFI Partition & What is the letter assigned to Windows 10 partition. Then close the DiskGenius.
( vi ) launch Command Prompt & Let us double check the partition letters. Enter after every command.
Diskpart
List Disk
( Only Two Are There : Windows 10 & Pen drive )
Select Disk 0
( Change 0 to whatever no. is shown as per the List Disk command for the Windows 10 Disk )
List Partition
( Note down the letter of EFI partition as S: & Windows 10 Partition's letter )
EXIT
( vii ) Run the below command while changing the letter c: with that of Windows 10 partition's letter.
Exit.bcdboot C:\Windows /s S: /f UEFI
5. Shut Down From The Recovery Media. Take Out The Pen Drive. Only Windows 10 Disk Is Connected Now! Try To Boot Into It.
Thanks. ...
Open a command prompt with admin privileges in Windows 7 and run:
Assuming your Windows 10 is still H: drive.Code:bcdboot H:\Windows /d /addlast
If that succeeds, reboot the computer.
What happens when you select Windows 10 from the dual boot menu?
No, that particular command won't. But if the second Windows 10 drive has a system or active partition on it, then you give the system or active partition a drive letter. Let's say you give it X:. While you are booted into the Windows on the drive you want to make bootable the command would be either:
Pick the method of booting after /f, UEFI or legacy BIOS. You can also put ALL after /f and it will write boot files that will boot in both modes.Code:bcdboot C:\Windows /s X: /f UEFI or bcdboot C:\Windows /s X: /f BIOS
When Windows 10 booted up, it came up with a blue screen and Stop Error code 0xc000021a
So,
1. Keep Windows 10 disk connected & all the other disks disconnected.
2. Insert pen drive & Boot into the Recovery media we prepared.
3. Launch Command Prompt & run the below command :
'H:' represents the drive letter for Windows 10 partition from the Recovery media.chkdsk /r H:
It can take a long time. Let it complete. Let me know if it reports any problems & repair.
4. From the Recovery media boot itself, Launch the Macrium Reflect program & choose to Fix Boot Errors
When completed, shut down, take out the pen drive & try to boot into Windows 10.
Let me know.
Thanks. ...
I can't complete the process with Macrium Reflect
