Update: I tried out using 460.97 nvidia drivers as well as rolling back intel august graphics drivers and somehow the black screen returns during standby mode. Although the august intel graphics didn't bug out explorer this time. I did testing out a few things such as disabling magic packet stuff from my ethernet and setting pci link state power management turned off in the balanced power plan. Somehow turning off link state power management and using intel graphics driver from august 2020 seems to be fixed from what I've experienced after leaving on standby for three hours (black screen occured around 10-20mins before that)
I do recall during the time of the 20h2 update, I did restore the balance plan to default so I can tweak sone settings I've used previously as well as resetting bios to default settings (only to re-enable xmp, turning on intel igpu for dual monitoring, and vt-d). Leaving pci link state power management to moderate power savings causes a black screen during a standby. I have NEVER encountered this before even before updating to 20h2 or 2004 update.
For now, everything seems fime for now. I'll reply back if things come back. Thank you, FreeBooter for your suggestions! :)
