Welcome to TenForums dekid. Have you checked your sleep setting? Setting / System / Power & Sleep. Also check Additional Power Settings and also Change Advanced Power Settings. I did a clean install on my DELL N7110 laptop with 20H2 and I have no issues with the system going to sleep.

    Thank you!
Yes I checked all of this.
I should also mention that the display does not turn off like it should after the default time without using the pc.

    Your computer will never 'Sleep'.

It has S0 so, when the display turns off, it enters S0 which is a glorified idle condition not a 'Sleep' state in the sense that most of us understand the term.

You might consider using hibernate in the way that you intended to use Sleep.

So the issue that you need to investigate is why the display is not turning off in accordance with your power settings. I suggest

1 Use PowerCfg to check that the power plan is saving your Power options correctly
In a Cmd or powershell window, change path to a convenient folder such as your Desktop then run
    Code:
    powercfg -qh >PowerCfg-Results.txt
then look through it for the line Power Setting GUID: 3c0bc021-c8a8-4e07-a973-6b14cbcb2b7e (Turn off display after)
then use a Calculator to convert the entries
Current AC Power Setting Index: 0x0000003c
Current DC Power Setting Index: 0x0000003c
to decimal to check them [the result is in Seconds]. My examples are both 60 seconds.

2 Go to the computer maker, download then [re-] install the display driver. Check for any Bios update while you are there.

Was sleep used before the upgrade?

Please run: Get_Powercfg_info.bat - Click here to go to the BSOD batch repository to download and run this batch file.
