I keep getting "An error has occurred while trying to create the directory" everytime a Client tries to open a folder in my Documents.

Hi Ijustwantsomehe, and welcome to Tenforums.

Could be Controlled folder access in Windows defender Ransomware protection. Open Windows defender, and add program to trusted.

I tried turning off all options in the windows defender and also malwarebyte but nothing changes. Would completely resetting my PC Fix any corrupt permission and settings stuff?

No solution but the part about "everytime a Client tries to open a folder in my Documents" begs a question about how the Client is accessing the computer, remotely or from a different User logon?

I would first uninstall Wondershare Filmora9. If there is a separate app for 3D_abstract_sphere_pack, uninstall this too. Restart the computer and see how it goes. Use an uninstall app like Geek Uninstaller - Download to remove all remnants of the app.
You can always reinstall it at a later time.
