Emoji don't work

Whenever I try to insert an emoji from Windows 10 it doesn't work. The panel itself works fine when I enable it, but when I try to instert one it doesn't work.

My Windows version is Windows 10 Pro 64bit 20H2, build 19042.685.

Insert to a word or text document , or to Tenforums?

windows emojis can be flakey at times wand don't work well in notepad.

TenForums has their own and widows does work here in posts.

All the smiley face emojis have disappeared.

Edit: I found them at the bottom of the window.

Windows ones do not work here as the database is too old to support the character length.
