Help scrolling issue maybe?

Hi can anyone advise i have an issue where my laptop all of sudden won’t allow me to scroll at all on anything without jumping back to the top.
I also have an issue if I try to click on an app to open it’s just highlighting whatever is in the top right corner and won’t allow me to open anything just jumps back to the top left.

If anyone can help ASAP required for work in a few hours.

Hi welcome to the forum. are you using the touch pad? have you tried using an external mouse?

Hi there I have tried both disabling the touch pad and using wireless mouth and vice versa. It happened not long after I upgraded to windows 10. It’s a chuwi hero book. I’ve literally tried everything I can think of.
