I like this idea and thanks for sharing this filter option. I use Policy Plus and forgot about this invaluable feature.
BTW, I deleted my previous post recommending a clean boot. I decided that any third-party app that has adjusted the registry settings, won't likely reset those settings if not started with Windows.
Aliskander, have you tried using Policy Plus to identify where these 'Group Policy like' settings are configured?

and yes I downloaded and ran Policy Plus (which I find a very good tool) but I couldn't resolve my problem.
