So you`re trying to do a clean install of 20H2 ?

Does the USB stick show up if you use the Boot Menu ? (Not the Bios)

I assume that you don't have an installed version of Windows 10.
When my main OS was Mint 19, I installed Windows 10 in VirtualBox on Mint, used Windows to create a bootable Windows USB device, which was then used to clean install Window.

    Download_Old_Builds_5_2 – Oracle VM VirtualBox

If you don't know which version applies to your Mint, go to Linux Mint Forums for help. http://forums.linuxmint.com/
