I think you are left with re-installing Windows.

The EFI partition will not let you boot in Legacy MBR mode. In order to boot in Legacy MBR mode, there must be an MBR disk to boot from. Both of @yesme disks are GPT. You can only boot from a GPT disk in UEFI mode.
Yes, just legacy for devices, sorry.

Just checking it isn't UEFI secure boot mode causing problems?

I suggest an ATA (and NVME?) secure erase to factory reset the drive, then pop in the Windows 10 media.

He also has Ubuntu on the same drive so I doubt he`ll do that.

He has a partition for windows, but I thought this could easily be fixed

The problem is that it is starting to boot and load Windows and it is Windows itself that is hanging. Changing the SATA controller mode in BIOS can cause this. IDE v. AHCI v. RAID.

    Thanks everyone.
I reinstalled windows on a new partitions and moved all my stuff there. Everything is fine now. I only have one question, on my old partition, there is a folder called " Documents and Settings ". I can see the files that are on the new partition inside it. How that possible?

C:\Documents and Settings is a hidden directory in Windows 10, it's actually a junction (soft link) type usually pointing to C:\Users. Open a command prompt, CD to the root directory, and type DIR /A:H this should tell you which folder its linked to. It sounds like it might be linked to your other partition.
