Weird Problem in Windows ( Actions not updating immediately )

Hello,

I am facing a weird problem that is whenever I delete or create a new file or folder, it doesn't update right away. I gotta refresh then it shows me updated thing.

I do remember, I disabled certain things some days back when I did a clean installation of my OS. But don't remember anything else. Click on below image to open GIF.

Did clean boot.
