Search on taskbar Version 20H2 Windows 10

    Search on taskbar Version 20H2 Windows 10


    My search (looks like magnifying glass) and also search on Start Menu do not work.
    I have tried several suggestions all to no avail. Please help

    Well for the Task Bar search....it shrinks from a box to a magnifying glass, when you turn off Cortana and/or the web search part of the taskbar search box.

    The Taskbar search still works. It's just a magnifying glass. Click on that and the search box will pop up.

    I know that. However nothing on either mag glass or the box works. NOTHING works for a search.

    Nope doesn't work. Someone told me that the update I received caused the problem. I am going to remove that update and see what happens.
