Narrator Voice at Log in Win 10 2004

Hello All,

In my log in screen, if I chose "Ease of access" icon, I always get the narrator voice.

I want to shut that voice off PERIOD.

I've look though many of the "Narrator" threads but still can't find the answer.

Option 1 and 2 do nothing

Option 3 makes it worse.

Option 4 Doesn't work

Option 5 does not apply.

Option 6 does not apply

Option 7 / 8 do not apply

Does anyone know who to access "Scan Mode" ?

How does Option 3 make it worse?

Check the startup options there (e.g. "before sign-in")

Click the Scan Mode link in the tutorial's introduction.
