For anyone to attempt to provide help please observe
VSS Event ID 8193 and 13-win-10-version.png

and state the circumstances when you see this happening, and when this started, and what might have led to it or preceded it.

Macrium Reflect (free) includes a useful VSS repair feature.
Tweaking.com's free repair tool (Google) also has a VSS repair option from its 'Other Tasks' menu option.

    Otherwise you can consider
    - using a system restore point, assuming a suitable one is available
    - an in-place upgrade repair install (need to know your build first- see above)

    Sorry about that, version added.
I've done a new OS install because i ended up disabling and enabling loads of stuff in an attempt to locate the cause which lead with no fix, the issue still shows after doing a complete new OS install as well.
The error happens when shutting down and starting the PC, that's the only thing i noticed plus the fact it's there with the old install and now with the new install.

Ran the following commands so far with no luck:

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
    Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
    lodctr /R
    SFC/SCANNOW

Thanks. Did this happen only after upgrading to 20H2 (or as you've done a clean install) only with 20H2?
I've not seen this particular issue reported about 20H2 personally.

There's a huge discussion on precisely these errors and some reporting the same occurrence here:
    VSS Errors 8193 and 13

No real resolution I can see though, and with earlier builds.

I'm a new Windows 10 user, used it for the first time 2 weeks ago with a new PC build so i can't know in regards to how it might be before 20H2.

    I'll go through that thread.

    Thank you.
