Windows 10 Search Not Showing Program Files

My search is working perfectly fine, however I keep most of my files in program files or program files (x86) and search is not showing my folders. It takes me minutes to go to file explorer and to navigate there. I want to have faster access to this so please offer your support. (I use build number 2004 and disabled cortana if that might be the cause I have tried rebuilding my search index and enabling my program files and x86 as well but it still doesn't show the results that I want).

Navigate to those folders, right-click and select "Send to", then "Desktop (create shortcut)".

However, those folders should not be used for personal files.

I know that could be a way but is there any other way? Is this a feature that windows implemented on purpose? I would prefer to keep my desktop as clean as possible.

Copy the shortcut to your Documents folder, and then Pin to Start.

It will show up in the list of tiles on the right when you click on the Start menu.

I use it for frequently used stuff, and it only takes one click to run.

As to why items in those folders are not indexed, consider

    - note they are excluded by default there.

However, far better to move any personally created files and folders from there.
A good idea is to keep personal data off C: as far as possible to reduce the impact of
    - restoring a disk image of Windows
    - a clean install of Windows.
